Star of the Show Ingredients: Kale

Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 frozen banana
1/4 - 1/2 avocado
1 scoop of protein powder. We love the vanilla protein powder from Nuzest
1 large handful of kale (any other greens work well here too try spinach, chard, romaine)
1 cup of milk of your choice
Supercharge with: 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1tbsp collagen powder, 1 tbsp greens powder
Place all ingredients into a blender/Nutri bullet and blitz.
