They may be small but they are most definitely mighty! Why do we love them? They contain 631mg per 100gms of calcium, more omega3 than a walnut, and a whopping 11gms of fibre in one sitting!
These chia puddings make a great speedy breakfast. Not keen on the texture? Blitz them in a blender for a smoother consistency.
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups of milk of your choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp maple syrup
1. Mix all the ingredients together and divide into 4 pots.
2. Refrigerate overnight and serve with fresh fruit
For chocolate pots - add 1tbsp cacao powder
To up the protein - add 1 scoop protein powder
